Franchise applicants are required to have at least 50% of the total investment available in unencumbered funds.

Due to the long processing times for government funding and grants, Jimmy’s only considers this option for shopping centre sites still under construction, where there is up to 12 months’ lead time before occupation.
Please note: Applicants are still required to have 50% unencumbered funds available before we begin the funding application process.
